Worked the ice gang( Icing the passenger ...Michael<br /> Worked the ice gang( Icing the passenger trains) in 63-64 Bill Fox was the foreman. Some of the people that were there at that time are Gilles cote, Bill Brombley, Gerry Boucher, and a few more i dont remember their names. We would cut the big blocks in 3 pieces and send them down the elevator to the carts outside the ice house. Then spot them on the station platform according to the Consist for the train. When the train came in we opened the bunkers and filled them with ice. I remember the President( N R Crump) of the CPR was aboard one trains and we all sported a tie over out t shirts for the occasion.
