The first photo has a D-8 Dozer pushing snow and in the tunnel entrance/portal is a train c/w a V - Plow ready to cut through the snow.
The second photo taken from above the tunnel/portal is the plow c/w a couple of engines heading west towards Revelstoke.
The third photo is the plow heading west, probably about 1 km from the entrance/portal.
